Trackers connected to Wialon (Teltonika, Ruptela, etc.) keep speaking their native protocols — we ingest them directly, no reflashing. Via the Wialon API we export user accounts, units with sensors and fuel calibration tables, and geofences; when needed — message history for a period. During the switch, Wialon's built-in retranslation duplicates data to our servers. Billing is post-paid for actual usage with up to 60-day terms, so the switch requires no working capital.

Yes. A single CNAME record pointing your subdomain (e.g. tracking.mycompany.com) is enough — the SSL certificate is issued automatically. A free subdomain like yourbrand.cloudgps.online is also available.
Can I set my own logo and colors?expand_more
Yes: logo, favicon, platform name, brand color and login page background are configured in the partner admin panel in a few minutes.
Can I migrate from Wialon?expand_more
Yes — both from Wialon Hosting and Wialon Local. Via the Wialon API we migrate user accounts, units, sensors with calibration tables and geofences; message history for a period — where possible. Trackers are not reflashed: they keep their native protocols, only the server address changes. During the transition, Wialon's built-in retranslation duplicates data to our servers, so both platforms run in parallel.
Do you support Teltonika?expand_more
Yes, including Codec 8 / 8E / 16, CAN data, BLE sensors and iButton driver identification. Ruptela, Bitrek, Concox/GT06, BCE and others are supported too — check your model in the catalog above.

No. The entire infrastructure — data ingestion, database, backups, updates and monitoring — is on the cloudGPS side. All you need is a browser.

The first line is covered by the built-in AI chat: it replies instantly, in the client's language, sees their devices and the knowledge base, so a significant share of requests is resolved automatically. More complex questions go to your team in the built-in ticket system, while you yourself are backed by the cloudGPS partner line.
Is the platform GDPR-compliant?expand_more
Yes. The core platform — telemetry, client data, email, backups — runs exclusively in the EU: on dedicated Hetzner servers in Falkenstein, Germany. We publish a privacy policy and an Art. 28 GDPR DPA template. White-label partners are covered by a sub-processing chain (SCC, Module Three), and notifications can be sent via your own SMTP. Optional AI support is disabled by default and runs on your own Anthropic API key — you decide whether to enable it.

The rate depends on the effective number of active devices per month — disabled devices are not counted at all. Retail prices for your clients are set by you.
